  1. Brilliant bit of behaviour observation Lee!
I love to see this, but always miss mine! How long did it take from start to finish and how do you set the camera to do time lapse? Oh and who was in the tank next to it, kept seeing something moving every now and then.

  2. It took around 3 hours. I used "Sony Vegas" editing software which allows you to speed it up x4 then did that about 3 times. so its 64 times faster..... I always miss mine too. I was lucky to catch it, as i had just come home. I would of liked to get the beginning but, that is just the way it is, I do have a 3rd one in pre-moult so hopefully I will catch it in entirety. Note the blue-ish light? lol

  3. Yea I noticed the blue light, its a blue movie ;)
So basically you just film the whole lot, at normal speed, then edit it later!
I'd like to try time lapse but not sure I could do it with my panasonic-3 hours continuous filming, the battery would give out,lol

  4. hahahaha, yeah thats a problem with batteries I had when I tried to get my G.rosea on cam. That's a shame about your camera, I am lucky that I can now plug my new cam in whilst recording. This was my first time lapse video and I hope I can catch more.
